Make sure your visit goes smoothly.

Cancellations require 48 hours notice for individual appointments. Couples workshops require 7 days notice plus a 50% deposit at booking. Less notice will result in a charge for the full session.

Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 48 hours notice. Moving or canceling a rescheduled appointment is treated as a late cancellation and charged in full, regardless of notice given.

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require prepayment in full at the time of booking, at our discretion. Once prepayment is required, it applies to that appointment only and is nonrefundable if the appointment is rescheduled, canceled, or missed for any reason, regardless of notice given.

Late arrivals — your session may end at the originally scheduled time, and the full rate still applies.

Illness — please reschedule if you are experiencing fever, contagious illness, or infectious skin conditions. If symptoms are present at the time of your appointment, we will need to reschedule your session.

Communication — your session is a collaboration. Speak up about pressure, comfort, temperature, or anything on your mind.

Inappropriate behavior or sexual solicitation will result in immediate termination of the session.

Draping will be maintained at all times, in accordance with state regulations.

Payment — major credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and cash accepted. All sales are final.
